To order rosary kit with cash/check:
    If you have opted to pay by cash/check, please provide the information listed below (be sure to select the "submit" button).  Please print a copy of this page and return it with payment  ($25.00) to Jesse Spanogle no later than March 17th.  You can also opt to pay using PayPal and/or credit card by using the button below.
